Employees
Smith has worked to create a highly qualified team that have an established history of excellence to ensure the best possible protection for each customer. All of our technicians have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the alarm industry and go through an extensive background check before being considered for a position. Our customer service representatives are also given an extensive screening process and in depth training with continuing education in the security industry.

From our inception, Smith Monitoring Inc. has set aside a portion of its yearly proceeds to support humanitarian and educational projects in the communities that we service as well as international business development programs.
