Alarm Monitoring Procedures
After an alarm signal is received, trained dispatchers first call the home or business to rule out any false alarms. If there is no answer, or an incorrect security pass code is collected, the dispatcher will then contact the local police department. Your emergency contacts will also be contacted.

Emergency Panic Buttons
Furthermore, each of our alarm packages come equipped with panic buttons for police and medical emergencies. Panic buttons for residential security systems also include a fire emergency signal. When a panic button is held down for three seconds, a signal is sent out to our central monitoring station. One of our trained dispatchers will immediately contact the proper emergency service needed.
